The Beatson Pebble Appeal

The Beatson Pebble Appeal is a £10M fundraising campaign to build the Beatson Translational Research Centre (TRC); the final element in the creation of the Glasgow Centre for Cancer Research.

The TRC will turn basic cancer research into improved treatments forcancer patients. It will focus on particularly common tumours thatcause the most deaths in Scotland. These include breast, prostate,ovarian and lung cancer.
