Opening Session and AICR Colin Thomson Memorial Medal Lecture will be held at the Beatson Institute for Cancer Research, followed by a reception. The evening should end by 8.00pm.

Monday 2 July
|
A Civic Reception will be hosted by the Lord Provost and Glasgow City Council at the Kibble Palace within the Botanic Gardens. There will be no organised activity following the Reception, however staff members from the Beatson Institute will be available to accompany you to local restaurants.
Accompanying persons / family members are welcome to attend this event with prior consent from the organisers. This event is free of charge.

| Tuesday 3 July |
The Poster Session and Trade Exhibition will be held in the Hunter Halls from 1300 – 1700. Wine and cheese will be served during this event.
Accompanying persons/ family members may not attend this event.
The Conference Dinner and Ceilidh will be held from 1900 to midnight at Oran Mor in the West End of Glasgow. Please note that admission to the dinner and ceilidh is strictly by ticket only and, if you have registered for this event, there will be one inside the abstract book, in your delegate bag.
Accompanying persons / family members are welcome to attend the dinner and ceilidh but must purchase a ticket prior to the conference (£60 each).
