Included in fees are: all day delegate costs, transport to and from the Queen Margaret Halls of Residence , the Opening Session and supper on Sunday 2 July 2017, and participation at the Conference Dinner and Ceilidh on Tuesday 4 July 2017.

Accommodation is bed and breakfast in single ensuite rooms for three nights 2 - 4 July 2017. Should you require double / family accommodation please contact the conference organisers directly for suggestions of local hotels.

Additional accommodation is available if required. The additional cost is £45 per night.

Attendance at all scientific sessions is strictly limited to registered delegates. Accompanying persons / family members may only attend the Conference Dinner (£60 per person). Please contact the conference organisers directly to arrange attendance at this event.

Registration is incomplete until a registration form has been submitted and payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration, on or before Friday 2 June 2017, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. No refund will be issued to registered participants who cancel after Saturday 3 June 2017.
