Recent fellowships awards
Congratulations to Dr Julia Cordero and Dr Silvana Libertini who have both recently made successful fellowship applications.

Silvana, a post-doc in Dave Gilliespie's group, has been awarded a Marie Curie Fellowship to study the role of Chk1 in hair follicle stem cell and skin carcinogenesis.

A post-doc in Owen Sansom's lab, Julia has received an EMBO Fellowship to continue her work using the fruit fly Drosophila to model colorectal cancer.
