Abstracts and Short Talks

Instructions for Abstract Submission

• Deadline for submission -  FRIDAY 2nd June 2023
  
  
• Method of submission - please submit your abstract as an email attachment in Rich Text Format to conference@beatson.gla.ac.uk.  Name the attachment in the following manner: eg clooney_george_abstract.rtf 

• At the top of the abstract please include the TITLE OF THE ABSTRACT, the PRESENTING AUTHOR'S NAME underlined, Institute/ University and contact address.

• Abstracts will not be proof-read. Text will be reproduced exactly as presented

• It must be typed in single spacing.  250 words is the absolute maximum acceptable, excluding title and authors, but including reference.

• Do not include diagrams as they cannot be reproduced.

Short Talks

All delegates are invited to submit an abstract. On your registration form you should indicate whether you would like to be considered for a SHORT TALK . There will be several abstracts selected for presentation as a short talk.

The successful delegates will be informed by Friday 23rd June 2023.

This presentation will require to be PRESENTED LIVE and should be no longer than 10 minutes.  There will be an opportunity for Q&A as part of each session of talks (please see programme for this information)
