Registration Costs

INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEES ARE:

• all day delegate costs
• transport to and from the Queen Margaret Halls of Residence (residential delegates only)
• the Opening Session and supper on Sunday 16th July 2023
   

NOT INCLUDED:

• participation at the Conference Dinner and Ceilidh on Tuesday 18th July 2023.  The dinner must be pre-booked and paid for as numbers will be confirmed in advance of dinner

• Additional accommodation nights may be available at the Queen Margaret Halls of Residence if required. The additional cost is £55 per person, per night (single room only, breakfast not included).

Accommodation is bed and breakfast in single, ensuite rooms for three nights 16th, 17th and 18th July 2023.

Should you require double / family accommodation please contact the conference organisers or contact the local hotels suggested below.

Attendance at all scientific sessions is strictly limited to registered delegates. Accompanying persons / family members may only attend the Conference Dinner if booked AND PAID FOR in advance.  There is an additional charge of £60 per person. Please contact the conference organisers directly to arrange attendance at this event.

Methods of Payment

Please note the deadline for registration and payment is Friday 9th June 2023.  Early Bird registration deadline is Friday May 12th 2023. 

Registration is incomplete until a registration form has been submitted and payment is received.

Invoice Payment

Payment must be received by the closing date Friday 9th June 2023

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration, on or before Friday 9th June 2023, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. No refund will be issued to registered participants who cancel after Saturday 10th June 2023.
