External Sources of Funding
We encourage early career post-docs to apply for their own externally-funded fellowships, whether they have been appointed to a position with us or are prospective candidates interested in coming to work with us. If you are considering applying for such an externally-funded fellowship, please contact the Group Leader with whom you are interested in working at an early stage as they will need to support your application. We also have a research adviser, Dr Catherine Winchester, who provides support and advice on postdoctoral fellowship applications and will guide you through the application and submission process, as well as help you identify funding opportunities.
